With his big smile, and even bigger bat, David Ortiz managed to win over all of Red Sox Nation with his arrival in 2003. After leaving Minnesota, Ortiz helped lead the Red Sox to their first World Series Title in 86 years, knocking off the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS and then sweeping the Cardinals in the World Series. Ortiz helped lead the Sox back to greatness in 2007, capturing a second title after knocking off the Rockies. The 5-Time All-Star is one of the most lethal left-handed hitters of his generation and an iconic figure within New England.
