Sports Memories and Gifts cannot accept returns based on buyer’s remorse.

If you need to cancel your order after placement, please call Customer Service at 1-866-864-2836 within one (1) business day. Orders may not be canceled or amended beyond one business day from order date.

Sports Memories and Gifts accepts returns only in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Sports Memories and Gifts does not authorize returns for buyer’s remorse or other reasons. Before returning any merchandise to Sports Memories and Gifts please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). Shipments without a valid RA will be refused by Sports Memories and Gifts and returned to the sender. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packed in original packaging.

*STEINER Products Return Policy

No returns will be accepted unless: 1) the item received was damaged or 2) the incorrect item was shipped. Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect all boxes immediately. If any items are defective, please contact Sports Memories and Gifts WITHIN 5 DAYS for a return authorization (RA) number. No return authorization number will be issued after 5 days from the date of receipt. Once the return authorization number is issued, please mark a cartons CLEARLY with the RA number, carefully repack and return to us at:

No returns will be accepted or credits issued if: The cartons are not marked CLEARLY with the RA number and the Certificates of Authenticity are not included in shipment. All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest for your own protection that you package back to us is insured for its adequate value.

Sports Memories and Gifts stands behind the quality of our product lines and will happily accept returns for any manufacturer defect within 30 days of the purchase of the product (some exceptions may apply and special situations are considered). To return products all you need to do is contact our customer service department, 1-866-864-2836, and request a RA number.  Please note returns cannot be processed without an RA number.
